Our default state is pushing the frontier forward. Anything that takes our attention needs to justify the opportunity cost — not just pay for the time.

It’s a seriousness filter, not a revenue source. Ten dollars tells us you’ve read what we do, understand the rate, and are genuinely interested — not browsing. We review every application personally. If we decline, we’ll tell you why.

Apply anyway. The criteria describe where we’re most aligned, not the only work we’ll take. If your problem is interesting and your intent is real, we’ll have a conversation. We’ve taken on projects outside these lanes when the work was worth it.

Consulting is expert architecture — design, audits, strategic decisions, $300/hr. The subscription gives you ongoing AI services, bot access, and a managed environment. Many clients start with consulting to design the system, then move to a subscription for ongoing operation.

You get senior technical leadership on a part-time or project basis. Architecture decisions, team mentoring, vendor evaluation, technical strategy — without the $300K+ salary commitment. Typically 5–20 hours per month.
